Rimuve started in 2015 when three friends from different culinary backgrounds decided to open a pizzeria in Los Angeles. We began with a single location on Hyperion Avenue, focusing on traditional recipes and fast delivery. Our first oven could handle 30 pizzas per hour, and we served Silver Lake, Echo Park, and Los Feliz neighborhoods.
Within two years, we expanded our delivery radius to cover most of LA County. Today, we operate 12 kitchens across the city, each equipped with commercial-grade ovens and staffed by trained pizza makers. Our delivery fleet includes 45 vehicles, ensuring orders reach customers within 30-45 minutes.
We source mozzarella from California dairy farms and import San Marzano tomatoes directly from Italy. Our dough ferments for 48 hours before use, which develops flavor and creates the texture customers expect. Every pizza is hand-stretched and baked at 550°F for 8-10 minutes.
Our team includes 18 certified pizza makers, each trained in dough handling and topping distribution. We track delivery times through GPS systems and maintain temperature-controlled bags to preserve pizza quality during transport. Customer feedback shapes our menu – we've added gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese based on requests.
